Pricing
Waiters are billed at R130 per hour, per waiter. - Minimum booking of 4 hours per staff member - Rates are final. Odeon is not a VAT vendor, so no VAT is added - Travel included within 20km of Cape Town CBD. A R300 travel fee applies beyond that - 24, 25 and 31 December and 1 January are billed at double the standard rate Every quote is itemised before you confirm. Nothing is added after.

How many waiters do I need for my event?
A common rule is one waiter per 10–15 seated guests for plated dinners, and one per 25–30 for cocktail or buffet events. We can advise on the right ratio for your format and venue.
What uniform do Odeon waiters wear?
Our standard uniform is all-black formal attire. We can accommodate venue-specific dress codes — just let us know when you request a quote.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 7–14 days before your event. For large-scale functions or peak season dates, earlier is better.
