Cancellations and Changes
Plans change. Here is how we handle it.
MORE THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR EVENT
Cancel at no charge. Your deposit is refunded in full.
LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR EVENT
A 25% administration fee applies, calculated on the total booking value. At that point your team is confirmed and has turned down other work.
REDUCING STAFF NUMBERS
The same terms apply to any staff removed from a confirmed booking.
IF ODEON CANCELS
You are refunded in full and we help you find alternative cover at our own cost. We maintain standby staff for every booking so this does not happen.
