High-Volume Bar Management
Weddings, festivals, and large corporate events demand speed without compromise. Our bartenders are trained to manage queues, control stock, and maintain a clean bar under pressure.
Pop-Up & Mobile Bars
We supply bartenders for mobile bar setups, activation stations, and venue-provided bar structures — with or without an established bar team.
Pricing
Bartenders are billed at R180 per hour, per bartender. - Minimum booking of 4 hours per staff member - Rates are final. Odeon is not a VAT vendor, so no VAT is added - Travel included within 20km of Cape Town CBD. A R300 travel fee applies beyond that - 24, 25 and 31 December and 1 January are billed at double the standard rate Every quote is itemised before you confirm. Nothing is added after.

Do your bartenders bring their own equipment?
Our staff work with whatever bar setup is provided at the venue. If you need specific glassware, tools, or equipment, let us know and we can advise.
How many bartenders do I need?
A guide is one bartender per 50 guests for an open bar, or one per 30–35 for a cocktail-focused event. We'll advise based on your setup.
