Brand Activations
Our staff represent your brand in shopping centres, public spaces, and live activation environments — engaging consumers, distributing samples, and communicating brand messages clearly.
Expo & Exhibition Support
We supply presentable, articulate promotional staff for trade expos, exhibitions, and industry events — greeting visitors, explaining products, and capturing leads.
Sampling & Demonstration
For product launches and FMCG sampling campaigns, our staff are trained to handle product correctly, manage hygiene, and deliver consistent brand messaging throughout their shift.
Hospitality Activations
At sports events, music festivals, and large public gatherings, our activation team manages branded lounges, VIP areas, and sponsor hospitality suites with energy and precision.
Pricing
Activation staff are billed at R150 per hour, per staff member. - Minimum booking of 4 hours per staff member - Rates are final. Odeon is not a VAT vendor, so no VAT is added - Travel included within 20km of Cape Town CBD. A R300 travel fee applies beyond that - 24, 25 and 31 December and 1 January are billed at double the standard rate Every quote is itemised before you confirm. Nothing is added after.

Do you supply staff for multi-day campaigns?
Yes. We place activation staff for single days, multi-day campaigns, and extended brand roadshows. Specify your full campaign schedule when booking.
