When you book an Odeon team, a coordinator becomes the team lead — briefing wait staff, porters, and bar staff, and managing escalations on your behalf.
Pricing
Event coordinators are priced on request. - Minimum booking of 4 hours per staff member - Rates are final. Odeon is not a VAT vendor, so no VAT is added - Travel included within 20km of Cape Town CBD. A R300 travel fee applies beyond that - 24, 25 and 31 December and 1 January are billed at double the standard rate Every quote is itemised before you confirm. Nothing is added after.
